TikTok Creators Will Now Be Able to Use Emplifi to Improve Marketing Strategies

Thanks to this integration, marketing teams of brands can manage their posts on TikTok even easier. Now, it is possible to use the CX platform to schedule and publish content right on TikTok. According to the CEO of Emplifi, Mark Zablan, teams that manage social media accounts can see how their content performs on all the different sites. With the help of Emplifi, brands will be able to see their video and profile metrics in one place and see what social media sites work better than others.
Another useful feature is that those using this platform can also respond to comments on TikTok and see all exchanges that happen under their videos. At the moment, the integration is in its testing phase, so it may take some time before it will be available to everyone.
At the moment, one of the well-known testers is a famous French football club, Paris Saint-Germain. The football team works on establishing a prominent presence on social media and using Emplifi to gain a larger following and stand out from others.
Thanks to the use of the service, this football club has become the first one on TikTok to get 10 million followers. Right now, they have already surpassed this number and have more than 25 million followers.
